How to report technical issues (login error, file upload problems, etc.)
Hello, welcome to our knowledge base! Today, I’ll guide you on how to report technical issues in Moodle BlackTieLearning. This includes problems like login errors, file upload issues, and more.
🌐 Step 1: Access the Platform
Visit https://academy.blacktielearning.com and log in with your credentials.

🎓 Step 2: Navigate to the Course
On your dashboard, click the course where you’re experiencing the issue.

🆘 Step 3: Open the Helpdesk
At the top of the course page, click the 'Helpdesk' menu option.

📨 Step 4: Open a Support Ticket
On the Helpdesk page, click ‘Open a ticket’ and fill in the form with the details of your issue.
✅ Be clear and specific (e.g. “Unable to upload PDF in Assignment 2 – Error code: 403”).
